The practice is managed under the direction of Jim Muir and Alan Garrick. They are supported by two Associates.
Directors and Associates are in daily communication and meet monthly on a formal basis. This enables a shared awareness of the practice's activities and commitment to the aims, objectives and responsibilities of the board.
A Director or Associate is assigned from the outset of each project and remains directly responsible to the Client for the services being provided from start to finish.
