Fitzsimons were appointed as the Client’s Representative for the construction of a PRS apartment development comprising 251 Apartments over 4 blocks ranging from 6 to 7 storeys tall with ground floor amenity space. On completion, Fitzsimons was further engaged to provide Project and Cost Management services, along with Principal Designer duties, for the fit-out of key areas including the ground floor reception, back-of-house facilities, amenity spaces and the landscaped garden areas.
