Project Description: The refurbishment of the Southlands & Cherbourg town houses and development of the Link Building & Garden Unit to create seventeen apartments with associated landscaping and external works.

Appointed as Project Managers, Cost Consultants and CDM Coordinators by Glasgow based Red Eye Developments Ltd.

The project included the development of 3 number luxury apartments and Mews house in Glasgow. The project had to be delivered within a tight budget and programme but always ensuring the highest quality finish.

Through a local contractor the works were successfully completed in September this year.

Appointed as Project Managers, Cost Consultants and CDM Co-ordinators by an overseas investor client. The project comprised the redevelopment of an existing hotel into upscale post graduate student accommodation. The programme constraints for this development were simple, complete before the 3rd of September or miss a year’s trading. No pressure!

Working with a Glasgow based contractor the development finished exactly on time and within the budget advised from the outset. Feedback from operators and customers is that Gallery Apartments is the best quality student accommodation product in the city centre
