Fitzsimons appointed as Project and Cost Managers to deliver the roof conversion to form new bedrooms and refurbishment of the Ground Floor areas to form new reception and Coffee House.
The project involved careful management of the property due to it’s listed buildings status, and meeting all client and brand needs.
The works involved management of contractors and suppliers to ensure the programme was met.
The projects started in September 2024 and completed June 2025.
