As the MD Alan works across every sector of the business and has strong connections and relationships globally with the company’s long standing clients and partners.
His career highlights include delivering the David Lloyd Leisure at Point West Kensington – at the time this was the most expensive health club DLL had ever built.
Leading the delivery process for the Spyscape Museum in London and then New York City.
Finally turning round a significant cost overrun at Audley SBE and delivering the first two phases of the development of 107 no apartments / cottages and communal facilities on budget.
Greig Hanley is the Director of the London office and has been with Fitzsimons for over 18 yrs and has a RICS Associate in Quantity Surveying.
His areas of specialism include insurance, care and the hospitality industry. Greig set up and re-established the London office and has been responsible for growing the team significantly since 2009.
Greig counts his continued project work with a major Client; Audley Group, as one of his career highlights and he has been working within long standing Fitzsimons client, Audley Villages since 2015. Project successes include 155 apartments at Stanbridge Earls, 26 Apartments at Kenilworth, 17 Apartments at Malvern, and 48 Apartments at Chalfont St Dene.
Kevin has been with Fitzsimons team for over 9 years and has a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University.
Kevin is the Director of the Glasgow Office providing both Project & Cost Management services across a variety of construction sectors including hospitality, residential, retail, care & insurance disaster recovery projects.
His Career highlight was when his client, a new build residential development ‘The Observatory’ received the Herald Property Award Development of the Year Award.
Sean has been with the team for 2 Years and has a BSc in Property Development with Honours in Quantity Surveying.
He is a Project and Cost Manager for the company and his specialty is pre contract cost planning and the tender process.
His career highlight was his first completed project since moving to London in 2018 – The Sloane Club in Chelsea. Small and complicated with lots of structural alterations, a high end finish and a great team. Successful handover and a great celebration at the end
Kris has been with the company for a 1 year and half and has an MSc in Quantity Surveying.
In his role as a Quantity Surveyor he is responsible for minimising the costs and risks in a project and ensuring that the best value for money is achieved.
His Career highlight was the fit out works for the new ROX jewellery store in the Liverpool ONE shopping complex. The programme of works on site was delivered in just 5 weeks and included new FF&E, OSE, floor finishes, ceilings, stud partition walls, air conditioning, lighting, electrics, sprinklers, wall finishes, WC, bespoke joinery display units, a champagne bar, signage, shopfront/glazing, IT and fire/security systems.
