Fitzsimons were appointed as Project & Cost Managers to refurbish the well renowned local pub in Bowness-on-Windermere, The Angel Inn. Fitzsimons successfully delivered the refurbishment of 14nr guestrooms and all public areas which included the reception, bar, restaurant, lounge, kitchen, WC’s and external areas. The building was listed and in a conservation area which made the project challenging but also very rewarding once complete.Fitzsimons successfully delivered the refurbishment of 33nr guestrooms, all public areas which included the reception, bar, restaurant, lounge, kitchen, WC’s and external areas. The design intent for the bar & restaurant was open plan which involved structural alterations to form the desired space.
