Fitzsimons served as project managers and FF&E procurement for the new build of the luxury Dunluce Lodge in Port Rush in the North Coast of Northern Ireland. The resort features 35 luxury suites, restaurant, wine vault, private dining areas and spa. The project completed in February 2025 ahead of the 153rd Open Golf Championships in July 2025.
