Fitzsimons successfully delivered the first Garner by IHG Hotel in Edinburgh which opened to the public in June 2025. We acted as project managers, quantity surveyors and FF&E procurement for the refurbishment of the 195 bedrooms and public areas at the former Haymarket Hotel in central Edinburgh.
