Fitzsimons were appointed as Project & Cost Managers at the Queens Hotel, Leeds which is a Landmark Hotel overlooking Leeds City Square. The project consisted of the full refurbishment to the ground floor area including the reception, lobby, meeting rooms and all F&B areas, as well as the renovation of the bedrooms which involved the creation of an additional 17 rooms, increasing the total number of bedrooms within the Hotel to 232. The Hotel went through a full transformation to create a modern and stylish feel throughout which is evident in the new Grand Pacific Restaurant & Bar.
