Fitzsimons were appointed as project and Cost Managers for the façade and terrace refurbishments at Royal Automobile Club, Pall Mall, London.

These projects were planned at various times over 2024 - 2025, which involved the upgrade of the rear façade and Terrace in 2024 and also the Pall Mall front elevation in 2025. These works also included the formation of a private members locker room from a old disused plant space in the basement of the property.

The project required careful management, ensuring the listed building was treated delicately and all necessary works to the satisfaction of the local authority and the Landlord Crown Estates.
