Fitzsimons were appointed as the Client’s Representative for the construction of a PRS apartment development comprising a 46 storey tower block and 457 Apartments with an basement car park .On completion Fitzsimons was further engaged to provide Project and Cost Management services, along with Principal Designer duties, for the fit-out of key areas including the ground floor coworking space, residents gym and roof top terraces and sky lounge
