Fitzsimons were appointed as the Client’s Representative for the construction of a PRS apartment development comprising a 46 storey tower block and 457 Apartments with a basement car park .On completion Fitzsimons was further engaged to provide Project and Cost Management services, along with Principal Designer duties, for the fit-out of key areas including the ground floor coworking space, residents gym and roof top terraces and sky lounge
