Fitzsimons were appointed as the Client’s Representative for the construction of a PRS apartment development comprising two tower blocks at 17 and 21 storeys tall, connected to a shared two storey car park at Lower and Ground Floors, and amenity spaces at Ground 1st and 21st floor. On completion Fitzsimons was further engaged to submit a Gateway 2 and 3 Applications to the BSR and to provide Project and Cost Management services, along with Principal Designer duties, for the fit-out of key areas including the ground floor reception, back-of-house facilities, amenity spaces, the 18th-floor wellness centre and gymnasium, as well as the rooftop terrace.
