Fitzsimons provided Project Management, Cost Management, and Principal Designer services for the redevelopment of Orient House which comprised the full refurbishment of 171 apartments including new bathrooms and kitchens and the communal corridors and upgrades to passenger lifts. In addition Fitzsimons managed the replacement of the existing roof and undertook extensive repairs to the external windows on the listed Building.
