Fitzsimons were appointed as the Client’s Representative for the construction of a new 18-storey PRS apartment block comprising 166 residential units. Upon completion of the main building works, Fitzsimons was further engaged to provide Project and Cost Management services, along with Principal Designer duties, for the fit-out of key areas including the ground floor reception, back-of-house facilities, amenity spaces, the 18th-floor wellness centre and gymnasium, as well as the rooftop terrace.
