Fitzsimons were appointed as the Client’s Representative for Phase 1 of the construction of a PRS apartment development comprising 239 Apartments over 2 blocks 21 and 26 storeys tall, with an external car park and amenity spaces on the ground floor and roof terraces .On completion, Fitzsimons was further engaged to provide Project and Cost Management services, along with Principal Designer duties, for the fit-out of key areas including the ground floor reception, parcel room and back office, basement gymnasium and basketball court and 7th floor wellness lounge and roof top terraces.
