Fitzsimons were appointed as the Client’s Representative for Phase 2 of the construction of a PRS apartment development comprising 256 Apartments over 2 blocks 16 and 18 storeys tall, with an external car park and amenity spaces on the ground floor and roof terraces .On completion, Fitzsimons was further engaged to provide Project and Cost Management services, along with Principal Designer duties, for the fit-out of key areas including the ground floor coworking space, residents gym and roof top terraces.
