Fitzsimons have been project managing the Capex work for Valor for over 10 years now; works include bedroom refurbishments, public area upgrades and external sense of arrival throughout their Portfolio. Projects have also more recently included forming new Brands such as Scores Hotel in St Andrews, Dunluce Lodge in Northern Ireland, Voco Fareham and Voco Southampton.
