Fitzsimons were appointed as Project & Cost Managers to oversee the full conversion of the former Hilton Hotel situated in Bracknell. The project consisted of the full refurbishment to the ground floor area including the creation of a larger fitness club, new fitness studio and a new Pub and Grill with outdoor dining space. All 211 bedrooms were fully renovated to Village standards. The Hotel went through a full transformation to create a modern and stylish feel throughout. All works were completed in February 2022 ready for the re-opening.
