Fitzsimons were appointed as Project & Cost Managers to refurbish the popular lake district pub, The Waterhead Inn. Fitzsimons successfully delivered the refurbishment of 33nr guestrooms, all public areas which included the reception, bar, restaurant, lounge, kitchen, WC’s and external areas. The design intent for the bar & restaurant was open plan which involved structural alterations to form the desired space.
